Khao Kho National Park is located in Phetchabun Province, northern Thailand . It is situated about 1 hour northwest of Phetchabun town. It was originally established in 1995 as the Namtok Than Thipl Forest Park. As of June 2011, it gained Cabinet approval in principle and is being checked by the Department of National Parks, Wildlife and Plant Conservation’s committee.[1]
